Lots happening in the Teardrops camp.

Happy March everyone. I am excited for Spring for certain.

This month the band will be going on our first "Tour" in anticipation of the release of our new album "X is for Love" and in conjunction with South by Southwest. We have been so lucky to be invited to be a part of the MidCoast Takeover party happening at the Liberty in Austin. Such a tremendous lineup of KC based bands, all descending on Austin to say: "Hey, forget about going to see Metallica and Jay-Z, come see up and commers melt a face or two.

Our friend Justin Whedon in Kansas City is building us a new website which should launch soon. There, you will be able to listen to the new album and link through to purchase, sign our mailing list, download free MP3's, interact and stay informed. We're very thankful and excited about this.

I've been working with Nick Freeman to generate original music for his website/web-world Runaway Girl Army. More information as it develops on this.

Two great shows coming up in NYC. One on March 11th with Kyle Rapps for his bday party at the Local 269. The next, our album release show, April 4th, Monday night at Piano's with Vs. Antelope and The World Without Magic. We hope to see you there.
